
I had a craving for something a little sweet and savory the other day. I had a few leftover figs (sweet, check), some fresh mozzarella, and some prosciutto (savory, check and check) in the fridge. Slap it between some toasted bread, drizzled with some honey, and garnished with julienned mint, and bam! Lunch is done.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 slices prosciutto
2 oz fresh mozzarella
2 ripe figs
2 mint leaves
¼ teaspoon honey
2 slices toasted bread
Instructions:
Toast sliced bread.
Add sliced fresh mozzarella, julienned mint leaves, and honey to toasted bread.
Heat bread with mozzarella in the oven at 375 F for 5 minutes.
Finish sandwich assembly with prosciutto, sliced figs.
